Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions by delivering clear, structured, and comprehensive requirement documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare detailed and well-structured Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and QA teams
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement validation sessions
- Create use cases, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams
- Manage requirement changes and maintain proper documentation version control
- Assist QA teams in test case preparation and requirement clarification
- Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational and industry standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience in writing SRS documents
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to create use cases, user stories, and functional documentation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and documentation tools
- Basic knowledge of databases and software development concepts
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Knowledge of wireframing tools like Figma or Balsamiq
- Basic understanding of API documentation and integrations
