PHP Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated PHP Developer with over 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining dynamic web applications, ensuring high performance, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter framework
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
• Design, develop, and manage databases for optimal performance
• Integrate third-party APIs and web services
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development
• Strong experience with CodeIgniter framework
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture
• Proficiency in MySQL or similar relational databases
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of web security standards and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
