Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our career counselling services. The role involves interacting directly with students, parents, schools, and educational institutions to generate leads and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other institutions
- Generate leads through direct outreach, referrals, and events
- Counsel students and parents on available career guidance services (basic level)
- Promote company offerings and convert prospects into paying clients
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional partners
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Maintain daily reports of field activities, leads, and conversions
- Collaborate with the internal counselling team for smooth client onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing/Education preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in education, edtech, or counselling services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage field schedules effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Basic understanding of career counselling or education industry is an added advantage
